Estonia is located in THE Northern Europe, at the shore of the Baltic Sea. Estonia is considered to be one of the most developed Baltic countries, it is a member of the European Union, the World Trade Organization, the Schengen Agreement and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
The main trading partners of Estonia are Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Russia.
The availability of public services in electronic form is well developed in Estonian jurisdiction.
There are certain tax advantages: income tax is charged only in case of distribution of profits to shareholders, and in case of reinvestment – no tax should be paid.
Estonia has additional agreements with the countries outside the European market in order to avoid double taxation.
